What is a 6 x 6 round rug pad?

It's the layer that goes between your round rug and the floor, cut in a circle about an inch smaller than the rug all the way around — roughly 2 inches less across — so it stays completely hidden. It does three jobs: it holds the rug in place (round rugs love to slowly rotate), it protects the floor underneath, and it makes the rug feel better underfoot.

Where a 6' round rug works best

What size pad do I need for a 6' round rug?
