Free Shipping & Returns

Rug Pad Direct offers free UPS Ground shipping and free returns for all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Fees

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur an additional UPS Ground shipping fee for both delivery and returns. These fees are based on the size and weight of your items and are non-refundable.

For customers in the U.S. and Canada, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery speed selected. All expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Time Estimates

Orders ship and typically arrive within 2–6 business days.
