Free & Easy Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We provide free return shipping for orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Custom-cut rug pads are non returnable/non refundable.

For orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States or internationally, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund based on the item’s size and weight.

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements. Items must be returned in their original condition unless otherwise approved.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund with no fees or restocking charges.

If the order has already shipped, the cancellation will be processed as a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or do not meet our return requirements.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us. We will email you a return label along with easy-to-follow instructions. 

Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding your refund.

Please note: Returned items must be in their original, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
